Needs
Proposing a new and radical experience for visitors required re-thinking from the ground up every touchpoint, every moment and every sensation down to the smallest detail. Starting with a Service Design approach that allowed us to understand the entire itinerary of users, we work together with technology companies in designing new elements that allow us to enhance the immersive experience of visitors, integrating all the stakeholders involved in the provision of the service.

Project
The focus of our intervention was centered on the development of new intelligent Audioguides that reproduce content automatically depending on the environment where the visitor is.
This service required the development of Beacons located in each environment of the museum, which allow locating the user and providing contextual information. And completing the entire cycle of use, loading carts - storage and sanitization modules were developed using UV technology.
